The general contractor of the project is the Czech company TRANSCON ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS spol., s.r.o. joined by another twenty subcontractors who will participate in the modernization of airports.

A wide range of Senegalese companies specializing in the areas of construction, transport and various types of services will participate in the implementation of the project. The project plans to employ local workforce during its implementation. Many of the local workforce involved will receive specialized training. The selected staff will be specially trained for tasks associated with the maintenance and operation of the airport facilities.

In the first phase, 25 selected Senegalese technicians (coming from regions where the airports are located) will be trained in the Czech Republic. The selected people will be trained in the installation of modular airport structures and their subsequent maintenance.
