Raid Aeropostale Airshow at Saint-Louis Airport

More than 30 aircraft (arriving mainly from Europe) took part, incl. two SOCATA TB30 Epsilon of the Senegalese Air Force.
Aéropostale was an airline company and predecessor to Air France, founded by Pierre-Georges Latécoère, that in 1920s and 1930s developed air transport between Europe, Africa and South America. Saint-Louis Airport was established by Aéropostale in 1927 as part of this pioneering effort. Some of Aéropostale’s famous pilots included the legendary Antoine de Saint- Exupéry or Jean Mermoz.
